Our Story

Flour & Honey began in 2012 with a simple mission: to bring authentic, artisanal baking to Melbourne. What started as a small family operation has grown into a beloved local bakery, but our core values remain unchanged.

We still wake up before dawn to prepare our sourdough with the same care and attention. We still select the finest ingredients, sourcing locally whenever possible. And we still believe that there's something magical about the perfect loaf of bread or a beautifully crafted pastry.

Our team of passionate bakers combines traditional European techniques with Australian influences to create products that are both familiar and exciting.
